Antica Masseria Pescu

Masseria with swimming pool totally immersed in the Salento nature a few km from the Maldives of Salento (10 km). There are accommodations in double Junior Suites or triple Junior Suites, all independent or apartments (we will call them LODGES) with kitchenette with equipped veranda, to accommodate a maximum of 20/22 people.

Our Masseria is characterized above all by its unchanged architecture of the past and because it is the silence and tranquility that you can enjoy during your stay that dominate.

Located at the entrance to Presicce, a small town with a historic center that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy and with characteristic restaurants offering typical cuisine and small shops of all kinds for any need. We are located in the center of southern Salento, in a strategic point to reach all places of cultural and seaside interest in a few minutes. Closer to the Ionian coast 6 km, which offers countless and enchanting white sand beaches for all tastes, both free and free and also equipped for a fee. The Adriatic coast is also easily accessible, about 12 km away, it is characterized by rocky coasts and caves to visit. Countless evenings in the various Salento villages dedicated to gastronomy, Pizzica dances and good local wine.

For overnight stays in the JUNIOR SUITE (rooms in B&B formula) are included: breakfast, daily cleaning (except Sunday) and linen change every 3 days and at each new entrance, shaded internal parking, panoramic swimming pool, Wi-Fi in the outdoor areas. Pool or beach linen is not available.

The JUNIOR SUITE rooms are all with independent access, each with private bathroom, A / C, fridge, TV, safe, hairdryer, extra large double bed (+ sofa bed in the triple) with hydrocell mattress, desk with internal chair, veranda shaded exterior equipped with table and chairs.

For overnight stays in the LODGES (apartments in RESIDENCE formula without breakfast and without daily cleaning) are included: final cleaning, weekly supply of bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, internal shaded parking, swimming pool, Wi-Fi in outdoor areas. Pool or beach linen is not available. All Lodges are with independent entrance, private bathroom, A / C, dishes for cooking and dining, fridge with freezer, external veranda equipped with table and chairs; there is an external barbecue shared and usable only by guests of the Lodges. You just have to go shopping in the nearby supermarkets (500 meters) and spend your stay as if you were at home. LODGES do not have breakfast included as they have a kitchen and do not have daily cleaning. However, breakfast can be requested at the time of booking at a cost of Euro 7.00 per person per day.
